Benefits of good sleep

 Good sleep is essential for maintaining overall health and well-being. It not only helps to improve concentration and productivity but also enhances mood and reduces the risk of developing chronic diseases. Additionally, getting enough quality sleep can boost the immune system, promote weight management, and support healthy brain function.

Good sleep hygiene tricks include limiting screen time before bed, avoiding caffeine and sugary foods close to bedtime, and ensuring the bedroom is cool, dark, and quiet. Additionally, encouraging regular exercise during the day can help tire children out and promote better sleep at night.
