Sleep and sleep disorders

 Sleep is simply the body's way of recharging and rejuvenating itself. It is a vital process that allows our brain to consolidate memories, repair tissues, and regulate hormones. Without enough sleep, our cognitive abilities, mood, and overall health can suffer. Therefore, it is crucial to prioritize getting enough quality sleep each night to maintain optimal physical and mental well-being.
